So, I started a secret mission on Monday. Those that are close to me know what it is, but others may not. For now I am not going to share much about it, other than I wanted to challenge myself to take my health and fitness goals to another level. Sometimes it doesn’t take much at all, other times it can feel like climbing a mountain. Bottom line, we are ALL capable of more than we think we are and sometimes we need to remind ourselves of that.
I will reveal my secret mission at the beginning of July, but until then, if you think you need a shake-up in your daily health and fitness routine, sometimes the smallest steps can bring the greatest gains. So think about turning a ‘can’t’ into a ‘can’ and challenge yourself to become a stronger you. Trust me, you will thank yourself for it later!
